Talent Risk Management is a boutique consulting firm founded by Tess Walton.  Tess is a human capital strategist, practising futurist and workforce planning practitioner.  Tess' Strategic Workforce Planning methodology has won an Australian HR Leadership Award, is the premise of the Human Capital Institute SWP Certification program, and the basis of globally recognised SWP software, CAPTure by Aruspex .

Tess uses Workforce Planning to engage businesses in having a more outward facing approach to employment and the community. Good Workforce Planning will see organisations targeting and packaging work differently – embracing the diversity of age, experiences and attitudes, as well as ethnicity and gender. Such practices have the potential to reduce the number of dependents in society and thus have a significant financial and social impact for the community. Tess enjoys working with the leading organisations that take up this challenge.
