Tess uses Workforce Planning to engage businesses in having a more outward facing approach to employment and the community. Good Workforce Planning will see organisations targeting and packaging work differently – embracing the diversity of age, experiences and attitudes, as well as ethnicity and gender. Such practices have the potential to reduce the number of dependents in society and thus have a significant financial and social impact for the community.
